It's a US Navy ECWCS digital camo parka in size MEDIUM-SHORT.
This size is hard to find, so I recommend it.
It has a stowable hood, ventilation under the arms, and a drawcord on the torso.
I bought it at a vintage clothing store and wore it a few times.
Overall, it's in good condition with no damage to the shell, but there are stains on the inside and writing on the tag. It's still wearable.
