This is a Tailor Toyo Alaska souvenir jacket (スカジャン).
It is reversible.
There is a hole in the front neck area of the black velour-like fabric.
The satin fabric has some wear on the bottom.

Other than that, there are no major holes, stains, or zipper issues that I could find. However, as it is an old item, please understand that it is considered vintage clothing.
I wore it during the colder months, but I've been wearing it less and less, so I'm selling it. It's still in good condition and can be worn.
