Does up the center front with 5 bamboo buttons.  Vertical buttonholes.  

Back shoulder yoke and upper left chest pocket.

CONDITION:

This is in excellent condition.  There are no marks, odors, stains, rips, tears, holes, fading, discoloration, snags or other issues.  The buttons are securely sewn on and original to the shirt.
