These are unique, well-made sweat shorts. While they appear to be a full-pattern camouflage with a Japanese-style design, there are hidden Evangelion characters throughout, and the back pocket has an embroidered NERV mark. It's a stylish model that doesn't look like an Evangelion model at first glance.
I've worn them, but I've taken good care of them, so there shouldn't be any noticeable stains or damage. For a used item, I believe it's in relatively good condition.
