To facilitate movement in mountainous regions, the pants feature a loose silhouette with multiple tucks at the waist, and the adjustable belt is designed not only to hold the waist securely but to accommodate the soldiers' weight fluctuations as well. The distinctive double belt at the waist has been adopted by the Italian and Australian armies. Over time, various countries adopted Gurkha pants, creating variations that maintained British military details while showcasing their unique characteristics.

LENO has taken inspiration from models of the 1940s Italian army, using a high-quality cotton twill material that has been woven at a high density. The front double belt features an original buckle, and the removable button design from that era has also been recreated.
