100% Authentic Tiffany & Co. Necklace Elsa Peretti Open Heart Pendant in Sterling Silver. Tiffany & Co. blue box and pouch included! Pouch is a little dusty/dirty. Necklace is in good condition for its age (approx 10 years old, maybe more). It has some minor scuffs/scratches and needs to be cleaned and polished. Necklace has been stored away for years. I believe this is a retired version of the classic and timeless Elsa Peretti open heart design. Similar necklace on Tiffany website is 425 currently.
