Used. Internet modem,voice + WiFi. Never had an issue with it. I purchased it myself through Best Buy for over 200. Used with Xfinity. If you have Xfinity or plan to get it this modem will work fine. If you have another provider. Please make sure it is compatible before making your purchase. As I am not responsible for any buyer errors. Comes with original box and manual. The wifi and other info is on the unit itself. You get the unit which is 10.5 inches tall. 10.5 inches from front to back and 3.5 inches wide from side to side of the base. Had to part ways when I upgraded my plan to triple play.
