The front is made of sheer material, but the back is made of jersey material, so it is less likely to wrinkle when sitting and is comfortable to wear.
I bought it at a store because I needed to attend a wedding right after giving birth.
The design doesn't look maternity, so you can use it for a long time after giving birth.
I also wore it to a baby's first shrine visit and an entrance ceremony.
I wore it about 3 times and have been storing it at home after dry cleaning.
The petticoat is hand washable at home.
