This is a gorgeous dress in EUC by Betsy & Adam. It is very unusual because, depending on how you look at it, it may look black or royal blue. it was hard to capture this in photos, but I tried to get pictures from different angles to show the bright blue and the black. The outside shell of the dress is made of 75% acetate and 25% metallic, and the black lining is made of 100% acetate. The dress is Dry Clean Only. There are thin straps with brooches in the front. An invisible zipper runs down the back of the dress. Flat waist is 14 , and the length of the dress from shoulder to hem is 54 . There is no need for a slit, as the bottom of the dress is very full and gives room for walking.
