Vintage 80s bright royal blue sequin and beaded fringe party dress by Sténay. Features big padded shoulders, keyhole back and lots of beaded fringe at the hem and sleeves. Total 1920s flapper vibes. Such a spectacular party piece. Tagged size 14, but runs smaller. Keep in mind this dress has no stretch. Please note there's a couple fringe pieces that don't hang down all the way. Seems to be a manufacturer flaw. Overall dress is in fantastic condition. Model is 5'3 size S/M (27in waist/40in hips). Please see measurements for details. PM me if you have any questions.
