Perfect for a chic soiree!! Purchased at an antique mall ages ago (180). Worn once for a Hatsune Miku cosplay (crinoline cage skirt underneath is also for sale!!), professionally cleaned & stored. Features asymmetrical hem, adorable bow, inside tie, hook/ snap closure, & made of silky ULTRA flowy acetate material. Material does not stretch, but hooks could easily be let in or out for size adjustment. EXCELLENT condition! NO tears, holes, stains, fading, thinning, or rips. Comes from a smoke/ pet free storage.
