This is a great accent piece!
This bustled overskirt is made of satin and looks great layered over any skirt,.
Add a petticoat or bustle cage for extra Oomph but it's not needed. You can also wear over a short skirt or on it's own for a sassy pirate or steampunk look.
Elastic waist in the back for ease of sizing. Fits small to large but I can adjust to Xl/XXL just let me know.
