Unpolished metal- appears it may be unused- the wick is clean and the oil reservoir has no odors from fuel.

There are chips on top side of the handblown glass globe that appear to have been done when the glass was being cut. It is an uneven cut on top of the globe. Tried to clean as well as possible, its a little hard to get behind the bars of the cage that decorates each side.
Wick dial spins and works great. All moving parts work as well.
