For your consideration is a beautiful necklace that appears to be from the Art Nouveau era. I'm not sure on the exact date. There may be a date behind the photos but I did not want to take them out & damage them.

There is a lot of detail, especially at the front of the locket. The chain is approx. 19 long & the locket portion is approx. 2.5 from the very top to the bottom & x approx. 1-3/4 wide.

I am unsure what type of metal this is but I do not see any markings. The chain does not stick to a magnet & the locket portion sticks to a magnet in some places.

Brass/Gold tone color & there may even be a little copper at the front of the locket.

It shows signs of use/wear consistent with age & has some worn spots on the back. I have not attempted to clean this piece.

This is very chunky & definitely makes a statement!
