This delightful two-tone flower necklace is designer signed Carl Art. It features a 3-dimensional rigid design of a flower and swirly leaves on a 13 curb chain. It's marked, 1/20 12 kt G.F. on Silver (gold filled) and signed C A with an arrow through it (Carl Art). This piece is circa 1940's. In very good condition.
