This skirt is an absolute piece of art. I bought it for my daughter but it is a little too small on her. This piece is absolutely stunning. The waist has two areas that can be tightened at. There is a notch for a 24 inch waist and a notch for a 29 inch waist. The embroidery is so stunning and the mixed media on the skirt makes it absolutely gorgeous. The quality is off the charts. Incredible. 100% cotton and does have a pocket on the inside of the skirt. Looks like something from Anthropologie or Free People
