The main unit seems to power on, you can hear a hum but I’m unable to test it to a monitor

Computer cassette recorder CCR-92 does not have power jack, can use batteries but I cannot get it to work. The low battery light comes on and the data light comes on, but noting functions. Might work with wall jack, but unsure
