This is a vintage Gillette Slim Adjustable nickel plated razor from 1962 with a date code of H-4. The piece is twist-to-open, meaning that you twist the bottom of the handle to open the doors at the top to allow for rinsing or blade changes. The part that makes it adjustable is the dial at the top of the handle numbered 1-9. Turning the dial changes the exposure and angle of the blade with 1 being the lightest shave and 9 being the closest shave. All moving parts of this razor have been tested and they are working great.
Please zoom in on all photos for full conditioning details. This razor was used and I did have to spend time getting old shaving cream residue out of it. There is scuffing and wear to the finish from use and storage. Still a great piece for the Gillette enthusiast.
