Turn the map around the pencil holder to see what time it is all over the world. The windows have a dark background if it is nighttime in that zone, and the white windows show daytime zones & it changes accordingly. Good working condition, made with a taped seam which is strong but there is a small tear in the bottom at the base. There is a black rubber ring around the base that is removable. Item shows age and wear but good overall, please view photos. Office supplies inside pen holder not included.
