This is a beautiful, unique top by Free People!  It is black in color, and it has lovely ruching all over to create an elegant, feminine shape.  One shoulder strap is slim (spaghetti) and adjustable, while the other is thicker and lined with the same crochet knit lace that runs around the neckline and backline.  At the natural waist, there is a band of crochet lace that is smocked in the back to create a classy, bloussant effect.
