Good pre-loved condition. The undersides of the faux fur sleeves had something spill on them at one point, it's colorless so there's no stain but I washed and climbed the furniture to get it out. you can't see it but you still may be wble to feel a little roughness there in the fur. (See last photo) After washing the rest of the robe beautifully fluffed up. It's so gorgeous and the hood is wonderfully gigantic! Belt has two levels so you can decide if you want it tied higher or lower.
