The term CEL refers to one of a series of animation drawings that has been transferred to an acetate sheet, painted by hand, and then photographed against a background painting. The cel is the final artwork that you see when watching the show.

Your genuine handpainted cel is not a reproduction copy. This is an actual production cel. A one of a kind creation. Each cel has been used exclusively to create the animation for the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES TV series.
