This manual describes how the M48A5 tank crew and tank platoon trian for combat weapon system proficiency. It provides principles and techniques for use by the individual, crew, section (tank with wingman), and platoon to engage and destroy enemy targets efficiently in combat.
Extensively illustrated. Several hundred pages. Pages 7 3/4 inches by 10 1/4 inches, three-hole punched. Some minor wrinkles/folds and notes scribbled in the manual. Also included in the tucked away in the binders pockets are worksheet’s, tests, information sheets and what looks like almost cheat sheets for testing (some filled out some not).
All of these things give you an almost freeze frame of what the owner was experiencing and learning through this you get a real feel for the soldier and see how serious he took these training courses
