The natural stone is shown to give a beautiful contrast between the dark stone to where the crystals form. The bottom has a rough edge and has not been polished allowing the piece to stand upright.

I can't quite get my fingers to touch when holding this crystal and 3 lbs. is just light enough to hold securely in one hand. While there is plenty of information on the various meanings and properties of crystals, I encourage you to meditate or sit with this crystal to see what it brings to you.
