Willard - it features 3 revolutionary era musicians playing instruments and marching. The circumference of the plate reads The Bicentennial of the United States of America 1776-1976 . The inner area under the design reads Spirit of 76 A.M. Willard . Maker's stamp on the back of the plate. 10 & 3/4 inch diameter.
