Vintage Spalding Ervin Pete Fox Wooden Baseball Bat 35 In 1940s. Fox played MLB with the Detroit Tigers from 1933 to 1940 and the Boston Red Sox from 41 to 45. He played mostly right field and earned the nickname Pete after first being nicknamed rabbit in reference to his speed. The nickname morphed to Peter Rabbit and then simply Pete. That is in good condition with some age-related where and scuffing, evidence of use. Made in the USA. Perfect for bar, man cave.
