Hi, what we have is a German cut-out card Castle modeled after Burg Eltz Castle. These are very hard to find unless ordered directly from Germany. Inside this book is everything you need to build this castle from card cut-outs, except for the scissors needed to cut out the cards. It is in un-used like new condition. Outer cover of book has a few scuffs from being on a shelf but, this does not affect the usability and like new condition of the inside cut-out cards.
