Vintage 1970's Khaki Dress with Pastel Rainbow Stripe Trim. Kimono square sleeves and full skirt with wild hem line design. Cinched elastic waist with matching pastel rainbow tie belt. Wide square neck line and back. Made by Billie Ruth Creations of Texas. Tag size medium. Chest measures 21 across flat. Waist measures 11 and stretches to 21 flat. Open hip. Waist to hem measures 26 . No material tag but feels like soft poly or poly blend. Beautiful vintage condition with no holes or discolorations.
