This includes: OCU LUS Quest 1 w/ original box and manual (factory head strap included/ charging cable included), both hand controllers, HTC Vive Deluxe Audio Strap in original packaging w/ manual included, 3D printed connectors to fit the Audio Strap, and an anti-sweat/ light blocking silicone face mask.

Please refer to photos for the 3D printer components attached to the headset.

NOTE: there is a minor cosmetic scratch on one of the hand controllers near the trigger (shown in last pic). This in no way impacts performance or use. Purely cosmetic.
