This antique vintage silver plated yellow brass metal box is round in shape with a fluted barrel design with 8 lobes, featuring intricate hand crafted hammered and ornate floral details. The box has a hinged lidded top and stands on 4 round ball shape feet, measuring 16.5 inches in length. Crafted from silver plated metal, this handmade piece showcases a floral pattern and an antique finish, adding to its artistic appeal. We believe this was custom crafted possibly in the Middle East or South Asia circa late 1800s to early 1900s time frame so may be Victorian or Art Deco or a the very least is MCM Mid Century Modern. We have not been able to find another quite like it during our research so this was likely custom made for wealthy customer.
