It's previously owned and used and in very good pre-owned condition with no stains, but there is an extremely tiny hole like spot. It is very unnoticeable. Also, the tie has some wrinkles and I believe it would be better if it was treated by a professional dry cleaner. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
