Waist measures 13 1/4 inches across, length is 27 3/4 inches from center of waistband to bottom hem. The size tag is a 10; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s XXS / XS.
Minor condition note (visible in photos) - the skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition, but in some areas, the fabric appears to pill, but I believe it’s just the natural texture of the fabric, rather than actual wear / pilling.
