Corning is molded into bottom. I believe Corning ware & Corelle were one company back then. These look & feel like current Corelle dishes.
No stains, chips or rough rims.
These can be microwaved & I put mine in the dishwasher without problems.
What I like about this brand:
they are lightweight.
Great for everyday use, but nice enough for guest dinners
Scratch resistant ( holds up when cutting with a knife)
Chip resistant & not easily broken.
