Arshile Gorky 1904-1948
Hauser & Wirth
This is a book purchased in Italy that has not been available in Japan.
It is a retrospective of Arshile Gorky, a representative American artist of Armenian descent. This book features more than 80 paintings exhibited at the Capellazzo International Art Museum in Venice, along with three essays about the artist and the American Abstract Expressionism movement. The texts are written by Gabriella Belli and Edith Devaney, the curators of the exhibition, and Saskia Spender, the artist's granddaughter and chair of the Arshile Gorky Foundation.
As it is an imported book, there is some slight wear on the corners.
Will be shipped by Yu-Pack with cash on delivery.
