This is an official item from the Hideaki Anno Exhibition from earlier this year in Nagano, Japan.
Anno is the iconic lead creator behind Neon Genesis Evangelion, but has made a HUGE impact in the overall animation and fiction industry in Japan since his first work. He's most recently known for the Shin series of films - Shin Godzilla, Shin Ultraman, and Shin Kamen Rider.
This is a huge, thick book, filled with information, interviews, and artwork from Anno. It goes over pretty much all of his works, and has special art, concept images, and the like. The book is nearly 500 pages total.
This book is notable in that it ACTUALLY has English text! Most of the main parts of the book have translated English in addition to the Japanese text on the same page. Not everything has translations, but it's plenty readable.
Lastly, this also comes with a flier/promo art piece from the release of the Exhibition (Shown in photo #3)
The book is in good condition, but not perfect with light wear.
