In this set, you have:

1) Gary Gentry, starting pitcher in '69 playoffs
2) Rookie Card, featuring Jon Matlack who was a starter in the rotation in the '73 playoffs
3) Al Weis, who won the '69 World Series Babe Ruth Award
4) Mike Jorgensen before he was traded to the Expos
5) Cleon Jones, who made the All-Star Team in '66 & '69
6) Bud Harrelson who got in a fight w/Pete Rose when the latter slid into second base & Harrelson in the '73 National League Playoffs
8 Tug McGraw, ace reliever 4 the Mets in the early '70's who had his signature phrase, You gotta believe! 2 pump up his team 4 the '73 season

These cards, besides being slightly curved, r in very going condition. They r sharp at the corners while the cards 4 Gentry & Jones have a white speck on the black border in the upper left corner. Some of the borders r not evenly distributed but none r grossly off kilter.

Overall, these cards have a great beauty to them w/1971's signature color scheme highlighting these playoff heroes!
