I cant even describe how beautiful this skirt is, it's made with several pannels and is slit about half way up on each one, this gives it a very flowing and full effect that I couldn't capture in photos.
this has a size 3 on the tag but I believe this is a vintage vanity sizing. it does not fit a true 3x, but it is quite large
