I purchased this brooch because of the uniqueness of the piece. It was extremely dirty and I did polish the piece with silver cleaner. I know, it's a big no no in the jewelry world, but in doing so I realized both the bird and fish have eyes!! The fish dangles at the bottom of the birds' claws. It's a really large piece, about 2.5 weighing 19.7 grams of silver. It is signed with a scripted B, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to identify the maker.
