This gorgeous 38 by 28 1/2 large gold carved framed art print by James Lee is named “Coastal splendor” the lighthouse on a beach crashing waves and the house next to it with all the windows lit up inside very gorgeous realism in good condition has a chipped corner on frame barely noticeable when it’s hung especially doesn’t show at all the back of the picture has a wire to hang it sturdy on the wall and the original price tag is there 100.00 I made it more affordable for the future owner it’s such a beautiful piece of art to start off collecting the one on fine art America is small in a cheap frame and with no history for 66.00 mine is a lot larger a nice ornate vintage frame signed and beautiful for 65.00 I put the picture of the other one ad at the end of the pics so you can see the deal I’m doing
