Stunning Rare Find by well-known African American artist Ivey Hayes, native to Wilmington North Carolina. This is a Signed, Limited Edition, Artist Proof Lithograph Print dated 1997. This matted print is his Water Lillies painting. It measures 18x14 inches including the mat. Still in the original protective cover, in New condition, never been framed or displayed.

Ivey Hayes (1948-2012) was a well-loved artist of the North Carolina coast, embodying the vibrant colors, coastal scenes, and melodic jazz rhythms of the area. Hayes won numerous awards for his brightly-colored paintings which are nationally exhibited and collected. In 2006, The Black Arts Alliance honored Hayes with the Living Legend award.
