Vintage Yellow Gold Iridescent Footed Tea Cup & Saucer Set Oriental Design
This lovely yellow footed teacup has an opal iridescent exterior and an intricate gold pattern inside the cup. It also has a footed base and a fancy handle. The saucer also has an intricate gold pattern over a yellow base as well. They both have scalloped edges. They are UNSIGNED. According to the informal research I did, this looks just like those made by Royal Sealy, though mine does not have a makers mark.
Nonetheless these pieces are in excellent condition with no issues noticed.
Measurements:
Cup: a little over 3 3/4 across the rim and stands 2 1/4 tall.
Saucer: 5 1/2 across.
Imagine an Afternoon tea or Sunday Morning breakfast in the garden with this lovely teacup set. The perfect addition to any collection.
