This pattern is called Blue Fluted Full Lace (double lace).
This is adorned with a hand made lace, framing the classic pattern in beautiful symmetry on the fluted surface. The dish is hand painted with floral elements and fish scale decorations, creating a romantic style for any table, where the dish can be used as a side plate or a small serving dish.
