This is a framed limited edition sericel titled Apprentice Adventure, from Disney's Fantasia 2000.
It depicts Mickey Mouse as the Sorcerer's Apprentice, navigating a whirlpool created by his out-of-control magic.
This sericel was released in 1999 in an edition of 2000.
The original Sorcerer's Apprentice segment from 1940's Fantasia is the only one to appear in both films.
