Fabulous Burmese Antique hand embroidered silver metallic thread tapestry. The tapestry depicts a wild animal scenery in a forest. Each animal and tree have been skillfully embroidered. You can appreciate peacocks with embedded purple silk threads. Palm trees embroidered in a filigree design style, yews with embedded green, burgundy and yellow silk threads, deer, elephants, flowers and fringe border all embroidered with silver metallic thread.

It measures approximately 33.5 long x 19.5 wide.
Condition: Almost in perfect condition. There are a couple of small dark spots on the light beige silk background.
