90s/ 2000s era, zip up jacket not quite parka because there isn't a hood but very similar style, multiple pockets and utility style adjsutable drawstrings
Technically women's because of the side the closure zips but I see more of a man wearing a thrashed style jacket, plus the size is nice and oversized
Condition:
Sold as is; full thrashed and worn in, dirt and scratch marks all over, zipper has a missing stud on the track and can make it weird to zip up at times but I tested it multiple times and its still mostly functional
