This is an arcade stick manufactured by Mad Catz. Please note that this is the Xbox 360 version. It was released in February 2011 and purchased in the United States.

I am unable to verify its functionality since I have sold my Xbox 360, so please understand. The last time I used it, a few years ago, it was functioning properly.

The box has some scratches and minor warping. The controller has a noticeable scratch mark on the lower surface of the front.

Since it was used and stored personally, there are some signs of use. If you are sensitive to these kinds of things, please refrain from purchasing.
