Takashi Murakami 村上 隆 is a Japanese contemporary artist. He works in fine arts as well as commercial and is known for blurring the line between high and low arts. His work draws from the aesthetic characteristics of the Japanese artistic tradition and the nature of postwar Japanese culture. He has designed covers for several hip hop albums, namely Kanye West Graduation, Future eponymous fifth studio album, West and Kid Cudi Kids See Ghosts and Juice Wrld's The Party Never Ends.

Murakami Flowers is a collection of colorful cards that embody the vivid Murakami ethos. Each card wears a new character designed exclusively for the card line, some that transform Murakami's inimitable flowers into cute critters.
