Used twice for herbal coconut oil infushions, then it's just been collecting dust: IT HAS BEEN PROPERLY CLEANED according to their cleaning instructions guide + FULLY FUNCTIONAL
It does have a small crack (picture 4), but it does not/will not mess with the function of the machine whilst using it nor cleaning it since liquid doesn't touch outside the bowl.
