This is an adorable Briar twirl dress by Posh Peanut. It is a size 3T-4T. This was only worn a handful of times and is like new aside from a few unstitched areas. I was planning to fix but never did (a few unstitches here and there but all along the seams, so should be an easy fix for someone). I took photos of all of the popped seams! Love to bundle.
