Keyboard and trackpad issues.
The keyboard issues are:
1. Shift key adds a “?” Every time you press it.
2. The volume buttons don’t work. Neither does the space button.
3. P key is uppercase.
4. The trackpad or mouse is missing.
Luckily, I have a Bluetooth keyboard and a USB mouse. I’ll add onto this order in order to make the issues easier to deal with since you’ll have other ways to use the laptop.
The touchscreen is perfectly fine.
